Bark Stop Super is a barking deterrent system that uses an Ultrasonic tone to teach your dog or your neighbor's dog not to bark incessantly. When the Bark Stop Super senses your dog's bark, it emits an irritating sound that your dog will hear up to 50 feet away. Q. What is the best location to place my Super Bark Stop? A. As close to the dog as possible and no higher then 6' off the ground aimed at the barking dog.
Q. Can the Super Bark Stop be used indoors? A. No, it is for outdoor use. The Super Bark Stop is water resistant and can withstand normal outdoors weather including, mild rain and snow.
Q. I hear clicks from the speakers in ultrasonic mode, is this normal? A. Yes, the ultrasonic frequency is such a high range of sound that the only output you hear is that of a clicking sound from the device.
Q. Is the Super Bark Stop a humane device? A. Yes, the BC16 does not hurt animals unlike other competitors devices that use citronella and shock devices to cure an animal from barking.
Q. Is this device good for training more then one dog? A. If the dogs are in the same area, the Super Bark Stop will assist in the training of numerous dogs. If you have more then one dog in different locations, we recommend utilizing more then one device for maximim efficiency.
Q. Is What do I do if my product activates when there is no barking? A. Check the sensitivity setting and move the device to another location.
