Q. I hear clicks from the speakers in ultrasonic mode, is this normal?
A. Yes, the ultrasonic frequency is such a high range of sound that the only output you hear is that of a clicking sound from the device.

Q. What does the test button do?
A. The test button allows you to check to see if the device is operational in ultrasonic mode, if you press the test button and hear clicks then the device is working correctly. Both settings will be audible when testing.

Q. Is the Bark Stop Collar a humane device?
A. Yes, the BC36 does not hurt animals unlike other competitors devices that use citronella and shock devices to cure an animal from barking. This collar does not shock your pet.

Q. How long does it take to see a difference in barking dogs?
