It just came the other day. We love it, it works!

Hi,
We ordered you Renu-it product for charging batteries, it just came the other day. We love it, it works! We have told friends about it and now they want to order one. I am going to purchase one for my son and son-in-law because they need it for all the children toys. The only thing is , when my husband was trying to get a d battery out of it it got stuck and the end part of the plastic lid broke off. We tried to super glue that little piece on but it did not hold. I love the product but the clear top is a build very weak, especially the little knob that connect it to the main body. That is what broken ours the very first time we used it. Can you please tell me can we get a new top piece and how much would it cost?

I decided to try this because I use a lot of batteries for my grand children's toys, iPods, and such. Also, I have some battery powered things as well. I was surprised to find that this device actually works. I saw some negative comments about it's construction, but I think it is well made and if you take care of it, it should last quite a while in my opinion. Do your self a favor and give it a try, you won't be sorry.

Saves me thousands of dollars

This product saves me thousands of dollars. My kids burn through batteries playing video games, plus i use to use batteries all the time in my cordless mouse. No more, I renew them. Great item.
