Step Dual Mops have a foot pedal to spin mop dry like the "Step Basic Mops." In Step Dual models the foot pedal also controls an agitator in the reservoir that agitates mop head in hot water (Cleaning products optional). Place mop head on agitator then step on the foot pedal and release to agitate mop at over 300 rotations per minute. Next place spin mop into basket and press down and release the foot pedal again to spin mop dry at over 300 rotations per minute.
